O-Rings, X-Rings, V-Rings
We produce O-rings, X-rings and V-rings of various sizes for a multitude of industries. Since our process is largely automated, we are able to supply high quality O-rings, with greater productivity and at competitive prices. Our vacuum compression molding process ensures less than 1% defects which we can further reduce by tighter process controls.
PTFE Coated O-Rings
PTFE coated O-rings help in ease of assembly and are self lubricating in nature which results in higher service life. The O-rings can be coated in a variety of colours allowing for easy identification.
We produce PTFE coated O-rings using a number of elastomers such as FKM, Silicone, Aflas, NBR, and many more.
Custom Moulded Rubber Components
We manufacture a variety of moulded rubber components such as grommets, static boot seals, O-ring gaskets, moulded gaskets and a host of miscellaneous rubber products.
All products exported to countries in the EU are REACH and RoHS compliant.
We also provide Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents in any level as required by the customer.
